What is the turnaround time for the final images?

The turnaround times for Weddings will be within 1 Month. 24H after the Wedding I will provide the couple a preview as we all know the first photo is so important to share.

For all of our other sessions the turnaround time. is between 48-72H. With the exception of headshots which may be done in a 24H turnaround timeframe.

How are the photos delivered?

I deliver all of my albums online on a digital link valid for 3 months. I advise all customers to download the whole photo package and put on a USB key right away. You can use the digital album for 3 months to share it with family and friends.

Wedding albums are available for additional fees.

What best describes your style?

I love to shot documentary Weddings and capture unexpected moments. Ideally my style is a mix between posed Wedding photography and Documentary depending on the couples requests.

When it comes to colors and clarity I love to capture true colors and have clear images. My background as an architect also helps me create interesting shots with angles and buildings in the background.

What is the minimum deposit to reserve my session?

For Weddings, the deposit would be 25% once the contract is signed. The balance would be paid out as per the contract 50% before the Wedding and the balance of 25% once the final product is delivered.

For all others, the minimum deposit is 150$ and any studio rental fees.

Will my images be used on social media?

Daniel Moreno Photo reserves all rights to use the photos on social media as per the contract. If the customer does not want their photos used they need to make sure they advise in the contract.

What are the Covid safety protocols in place?

We take safety as our number one priority. During these times, we have adapted our services to suit your needs.

Daniel’s team is always masked up, indoor or outdoors. The photographer will maintain as much distance as possible from the customer. Daniel has a variety of lenses that can maintain distance with customers.

If a customer falls ill prior to the shooting they must contact us as soon as possible. We will reschedule a date that works for both the customer and Photographer.

If the photographer becomes ill prior to the event he will advise the customer and if they cannot reschedule the full amount will be refunded.

Any other cancellations would be case by case although the initial deposit is not refundable if customer requests cancellation.

What if I want to add additional time for my session?

We can always customize your photography package even the day of. If you feel that you need more time or the day of would like to add extra time, that is always an option. I would love to accommodate you!
